High-quality food supplies form the basis for our wellbeing and health. The Finnish Crop Protection Association, also known as Kaste, is familiar with the everyday life of farmers, the factors contributing to crop production, and the possibilities and limitations of crop protection. Kaste is an association for the industry which manufactures and imports plant-protective agents. The association has fewer than ten member companies.

Kaste’s partners include industry, farmer and market companies and associations.  The goal of the association is to ensure that Finnish farmers have access to a sufficient and competitive range of safe plant-protective agents. Balanced crop protection leads to the production of high-quality ingredients to fit the needs of the food supply industry.

The Finnish Crop Protection Association is a joint association of the Chemical Industry Federation of Finland.
