Pharma Industry Finland (PIF) is an investigative pharmaceutical industry interest group working in Finland. It has a diverse range of about sixty member companies – from large international companies to small domestic family businesses. Its members range from manufacturers and importers of medications to companies serving clinical research.  The member companies’ services include prescription, self-care and veterinary medications.

Pharma Industry Finland is a joint association of the Chemical Industry Federation of Finland. An integral aspect of this cooperative work is the fact that the Chemical Industry Federation of Finland also manages the labour market political issues of companies which are not members of the Federation. Pharma Industry Finland also cooperates with Finnish Bioindustries.

Pharma Industry Finland is a member of the EFPIA, a European cooperative and investigative organisation of the pharmaceutical industry, and the international cooperative organisation IFPMA. The association also belongs to AESGP, the international cooperative organisation for manufacturers of self-care medication and to IFAH-Europe, Europe’s international organisation of the veterinary medicine industry.
